Fresh, fascinating organic volcanic white from the Setaro family in the Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio (Mount Vesuvius) DOC. Initially, a spectrum of tree fruit: citrus, pear and peach, with subtle floral and herbal notes. Distinctive, ashy, flinty minerality is the counterpoint, finishing with refreshing, savoury salinity. A great example of terroir at play, and an excellent first step into the world of volcanic wine!
