Reserve Red is a blend of Merlot, Pinot Noir and Tempranillo and is a generous, rich red wine with a depth of flavour and structure.

A deep dark purple in the glass, the wine has plenty of dark fruits (blackberry, black cherry, cassis, doris plum), fine-grained tannins and a rich, generous mouthfeel. A quirky blend, the Merlot gives body and weight, the Pinot lends finesse and the Tempranillo provides added depth of flavour and complexity to the blend.

All separately harvested and fermented, all portions of the blend come from BioGro certified organic vineyards, were hand harvested, destemmed, wild fermented in stainless steel and then matured in a combination of aged French oak (barriques and large-format puncheons) before being blended in stainless steel and further matured. 

Bottled unfiltered and unfined (vegan).

Minimal sulphites added.
