"This is a light Spring inspired Syrah, picked from the immaculately tended vines at the Two Terraces Vineyard in the Mangatahi Terraces, Hawke’s Bay. Floral with crunchy red fruit and soft in the mouth with low alcohol and good acidity.
The Syrah was fermented with 100% whole bunches and for seven days only, so this is a light red which I recommend serving lightly chilled. With gentle extraction, the tannins are soft and silky with exotic baking spices. This has red fruit character with hints of violets, white pepper, bramble, blackberry and logan berries. It can be served lightly chilled and is ideal with grilled BBQ meals, pizza & charcuterie.
No additions at any stage, including sulphur. The wine is unfiltered and unfined."
