"A certified organic pinot gris (60%) and pinot noir (40%) from Takamatua, Banks Peninsula. Hand picked from a single vineyard, whole bunch for three weeks then pressed to stainless steel for 10 months. Racked only once for bottling in February 2022 with no additions."
