Like all Ferme de Sato, this is 100% picked by hand. The chardonnay was overnight pressed, aged for 17 months in old French oak.

Golden-hued with classic citrus, stonefruit and melon, bread and butter, shot through with a racy acidity and a lingering, wet-stone finish.
