2022 marks the year Patrick Sullivan and Xavier Goodridge finally got around to making a pét nat, and we couldn't be more proud! Made from two pretty obscure varieties, Vermentino and Nero di Troia (don't worry, we had to google it too!), this is pét nat with watermelon, spice and everything nice! 

Soft pink rosé colour, red cherry, peach and watermelon on the palate, super fresh and dry finish.... need we say more?!
