From winemaker Ryan:

"Wow. Sauvignon Blanc & Sémillon, for the second year running this is probably my favourite wine, who would have thought?

South Facing vines on Red volcanic soil at the Warragul Vineyard.

This Years wine comes from a warmer year than 2020. (still cool by anyones definition). Because of this the wine is bigger & more opulent than the 2020 with less of a fennel note, more like white flowers. The wine is rich, citrusy and powerful with wild length and nuance. Wild fermented and Aged in a 2000L Foudre on lees. untouched and untopped until it was racked for bottling in December.

The label depicts the critically endangered Warragul burrowing Crayfish, with a distribution of only 20 square kms around Baw Baw Shire.

13.5% alc."
