Big Fizz is a sparkling rosé wine made from a hand-harvested field blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon from Margaret River! Dry, fruitful and bloody delicious, it's a quality drop too... biodynamically grown (certified organic by Southern Cross Certified Australia), from 20 year old, dry-grown (unirrigated) vines, the grapes were harvested together and fermented together in stainless steel to retain fruit purity before being bottled. Vegan. Unfiltered. Unfined. Contains minimal sulphites (22mg/L).
